THE WIG ROOM

By accessing, purchasing from, or using services provided by The Wig Room, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a product, booking a service, submitting payment, or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including all policies related to refunds, shipping, processing, and custom orders.

2. CUSTOM UNITS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products offered by The Wig Room are custom, handcrafted, colored, or made-to-order.

By purchasing a custom unit, you acknowledge:

Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and customization
Each wig is handmade and may slightly vary in placement, density, or tone
Processing times vary depending on customization level
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

All custom orders are final sale.

3. PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIMES

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Estimated processing windows:

Ready-to-ship units: 3–7 business days
Custom units: 7–21+ business days
Luxury/custom color units: timeline varies depending on complexity

Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen delays.

The Wig Room reserves the right to extend processing due to volume, inventory, supplier delays, or custom requests.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment or required deposit must be received before production, shipping, or appointment confirmation.

The Wig Room reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraud
Payment disputes
Incorrect information
Inventory limitations
Policy violations

5. DEPOSITS

Deposits are:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Applied toward booked services or custom orders only

Failure to complete payment within required timeframes may result in order cancellation.

6. REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons and the custom nature of luxury hair products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless an order error or verified craftsmanship issue is made by The Wig Room.

7. SHIPPING POLICY

The Wig Room is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customer
Delivery issues after carrier confirmation

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to incorrect address submission.

8. PRODUCT CARE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Luxury hair requires maintenance.

The Wig Room is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper maintenance
Excessive heat
Incorrect washing methods
Chemical processing after purchase
Improper storage or handling

Clients are responsible for maintaining their units according to care instructions.

9. LACE, CUSTOMIZATION & ALTERATIONS

Once lace has been cut, knots altered, unit installed, colored, chemically processed, glued, worn, washed, or modified, the sale is considered final and void of any adjustment eligibility.

10. APPOINTMENT POLICY (FOR INSTALLS/IN-PERSON SERVICES)

For in-person services:

Late arrivals over 15 minutes may require rescheduling
No-call/no-show appointments may forfeit deposits
Remaining balances must be paid before completion of service
Guests may be limited unless approved

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, product photos, logos, educational materials, website content, and imagery owned by The Wig Room may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

12. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION

By purchasing from The Wig Room, you agree not to initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks for completed services or delivered goods.

The Wig Room reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using:

Tracking confirmation
Client communication
Checkout agreement acceptance
Photos/videos of completed product
Proof of delivery

Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Wig Room shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, misuse, improper installation, maintenance issues, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference.

14. POLICY UPDATES

The Wig Room reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice.
