SHIPPING POLICY


THE WIG ROOM


At The Wig Room, every order is carefully prepared, quality checked, and packaged with intention. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. PROCESSING TIME


Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.


Processing includes order preparation, customization, quality control, coloring, styling, packaging, and fulfillment.


Estimated processing times:


Ready-to-Ship Units

• 3–7 business days


Custom Wig Units

• 7–21+ business days


Custom Color / Luxury Colored Units

• 10–28+ business days depending on customization complexity


Business days exclude weekends, holidays, sales periods, and unforeseen production delays.


The Wig Room reserves the right to extend turnaround times due to:


High order volume

Vendor or inventory delays

Custom color requests

Holidays or unforeseen circumstances


Clients will be notified of significant delays when applicable.



2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME


After processing is completed, orders are shipped via selected carrier.


Estimated shipping windows:


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority/Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days


Please note: shipping speed selected at checkout does not reduce processing time.



3. ORDER TRACKING


Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email and/or phone number provided at checkout.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to populate.



4. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


The Wig Room is not responsible for:


Incorrect addresses entered by customer

Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

Returned packages due to address errors


If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.



5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES


Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked delivered, The Wig Room is not liable for:


Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delayed deliveries

Carrier mishandling


If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates.



6. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (RECOMMENDED)


For luxury purchases, The Wig Room may require or recommend signature confirmation for high-value orders to protect against theft or delivery disputes.



7. DAMAGED PACKAGES


If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


Order number

Photos of packaging

Photos of item(s) received


Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not qualify for review.



8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


The Wig Room reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments suspected of:


Fraudulent activity

Chargeback history

Address inconsistencies

High-risk delivery concerns



9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)


Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or country-specific shipping charges.


The Wig Room is not responsible for customs delays.



10. AGREEMENT


By placing an order with The Wig Room, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
