THE WIG ROOM – REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Wig Room, every unit is custom crafted and quality checked to ensure luxury, confidence, and satisfaction. Due to the nature of custom wigs, hair products, and hygiene standards, please carefully review our policy below before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to sanitary reasons and the custom nature of our products, all wig sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, delivered, or picked up.

CUSTOM & PRE-ORDER UNITS

All custom-colored, made-to-order, and pre-order units are created specifically for the client and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

DEPOSITS

All deposits made toward custom wigs, coloring, installs, or special orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ORDER ISSUES / ELIGIBLE CORRECTIONS

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a verified issue caused by The Wig Room (including incorrect order fulfillment or craftsmanship concerns), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer preference changes, including:

Lace/parting preference

“Changed my mind” purchases

LACE & HAIR CONDITION

Any signs of:

Lace cutting

Product use

Adhesive/glue application

Heat styling

Alteration

Washing, brushing, or wear

will automatically void any consideration for adjustment or exchange.

SHIPPING

The Wig Room is not responsible for:

Shipping delays

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from The Wig Room, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products or completed custom services will be disputed with proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, communication records, and agreement to policy.

PURCHASING AGREEMENT
